The 93rd DKG Annual Meeting and Symposium on High-Performance Ceramics took place between April 10 and 18, 2018 at ceramitec.
Regarding materials science, what does this mean? Which changes are we likely to face in ceramics? How will the manufacturing of components change in the future? In what way are we going to follow the life cycle of materials, to optimize production processes and to minimize raw material consumption? How can we close loops in an optimized way and how can we reduce power consumption?
Is the turnaround in energy policy going to be successful? And what are the material requirements? In this context, how can the ceramic industry contribute and how will we manufacture the required components and systems?
The 93rd DKG Annual Meeting provides a prime opportunity to discuss all of these questions, together with the Symposium for High-Performance Ceramics by DKG and DGM.
