4 steps to your participation at ceramitec conference

1. Submit your abstract: January 1 to March 7, 2019
Please submit your English abstract online by March 7th, 2019. The abstract should briefly describe your presentation in 200–400 words. Please explain your product, your applications, your target industry and your conclusion. You are welcome to attach graphics, pictures or schematic representations.

2. Selection process: March 8th to 31st March 2019
Starting October 20, a panel of international experts will review all abstracts submitted and evaluate them thematically and professionally. The committee will then put together a coherent program of presentations from the submissions.

3. Confirmation of participation: 3rd April 2019
As from beginning of April 2019, you will find out whether your presentation was selected for an oral presentation or a poster.

4. Tickets for speakers
Participation as a speaker requires a valid conference ticket. All selected speakers will receive a conference ticker free of charge from us directly. You will also receive further information on the implementation of the presentation on site, as well as your arrival and accommodation during the conference.
